Introducing Stainless Steel Quality

Stainless steel contains chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni)...and other alloys. It is hard and the quality is very stable. It is non-toxic and is resistant to both acid and alkaline. It is the ultimate choice of material for kitchen and bathroom items.

International code 304(18-8) stainless steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It will not rust. When the content of chromium and nickel are very low, the resistance to acid, alkaline and rust will be lessened.

a. International code 304(18-8)

Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Suitable for kitchen and bathroom items.

b. International code 316(18-10)

Contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel. Suitable for manufacturing tablewares and medical applications.

c. International code 430(18-0)

Contains 18% chromium and 0% nickel. Suitable for stainless steel knives.

a. Electrolysis

It display the color of steel and bright surface finish when the impurities is eliminated. It will not generate germs, long-lasting and durable.

b. Electroplating

The surface finish of stainless steel wire will have a very glossy and bright finish. It is very hard to determine the quality of the raw material in electroplated products.

Stainless steel products are durable and long-lasting. Normally, it only needs hot water to wash away the grease. With the use of a bristle brush in cleaning, it even looks shinier, just like new. In some cases when water impurities cause a little rust on the surface finish and is not due to the quality of the stainless steel wire itself, use a lemon to wipe out the impurities.
